Dar Al-Ihsan is an Islamic Tuition Service designed to facilitate the growth and development of young children through cultural and religious teachings to assist them navigate through day-to-day experiences. They primarily focus on traditional learning, with an application of Islamic etiquette (adab) in their daily routine to help foster discipline, concentration and self-confidence in their students.
Dar Al-Ihsan aims to teach children through hands-on and practical activities in order to provide students with a solid understanding of concepts taught. Outdoor activities are highly encouraged due to experiences with the natural world having been positively linked with the development of imagination and the sense of wonder. Wonder is an important motivator of life-long learning, building resilience and connecting to one another.
NZF’s vision is for Islam to flourish in society as a source of prosperity and harmony for all. To be able to achieve this, we need our community to be one that is confident, self-sustainable and pious.
Through our partnership with Dar al-Ihsan, we aim to ensure that all children from our Brighter Futures (Orphans) and Rising Stars (Youth) programs have the opportunity to access quality educational services for their overall growth, development and wellbeing as a young Muslim child in Australia.
If you are an individual, company, business, service or organisation, you can become a Program Partner by financially supporting and funding our programs, either through the means of Zakat or Sadaqah.
You can also become a Service Partner by providing essential services such as Quran classes, counselling, mentoring, tutoring etc. for our programs.
The services provided by Dar al-Ihsan assists NZF in making these programs a success.
