Unconditional Love

September 18, 2023

Amin's life took a heart-wrenching turn when his 5-year-old daughter was diagnosed with cancer in 2022. The family's world changed overnight, and he couldn't return to work, as he needed to ensure his daughter was being taken care of. Currently, he has spent over five agonising months by his daughter's side in the hospital, where she is battling severe chemotherapy-related infections, including a harrowing two weeks in the ICU.

Back at home, his wife is caring for their 2-year-old son, while the family's car, essential for hospital visits, broke down and needed urgent repairs and registration renewal. The financial strain from mounting bills made this an unbearable burden for Amin.

The weight of his daughter's illness and the looming overdue bills pressed on him. He reached out to us at NZF. After assessment, your Zakat assisted in relieving the financial burden Amin was feeling, helping him pay for the outstanding bills and essentials.

If you or someone you know is experiencing hardship and you're unsure whether you/they are eligible for Zakat, please don't hesitate to contact us at NZF for assistance.
